The Brief

This Leadership Conference was one in a series of events run by our client to address global employees at local venues. Similar events also took place in New York and San Francisco.

1000 of the company’s UK employees came together at the historic Brewery in Chiswell Street for an afternoon of of inspiring presentations on the subject of leadership. In the opening presentation the CEO and Founder talked about internal leadership opportunities and acknowledged a number of individuals who deserved special mention for outstanding work.

The whole event was broadcast via video conference to offices across the EMEA region. The presentations were followed by drinks and canapes.

The Solution

With its cavernous open spaces, The Brewery provided the ideal venue to host such a large delegation. More than 900 people were seated in the main room and all content was broadcast to relay rooms within the venue for the benefit of overflow guests.

First Network built a customised stage set which housed front projected twin screens. Plasma relay screens were placed at the back of the room in order to ensure absolute clarity of both audio and visuals in every part of the venue.

We were enormously proud of the positive feedback we received on the day and look forward to working together again in the near future.
