Where Leaders Connect

Gathered in The Chancery Rosewood’s Grand Ballroom, senior executives, industry leaders and former political figures came together to discuss insights into the UK wealth market, geopolitics and AI’s impact on the UK’s economic future. With an agenda filled with main plenary sessions, as well as focussed breakout sessions, the event offered guests the opportunity for meaningful discussions and high-level networking.

Integrating seamlessly

Every venue has different capabilities, and with its own in-house AV facilities, it’s up to us to ensure that our supplemental equipment integrates seamlessly with the existing systems. We provided a video system to connect to The Chancery Rosewood’s in-house LED screens, as well as two 75″ relay screens and two floor monitors for the presenters’ comfort. A high quality D&B Audiotechnic speaker PA system was provided, including a digital mixer, encrypted tie clip microphones for speakers, handheld microphones for room Q&A, and lectern mics.

Our client required a quiet place, away from the hustle and bustle of the foyer and the exciting speaker panels, where guests could network or simply take a breather.

The vision was to create a space where guests could feel immersed in nature, inspired by autumn in the UK.

We drew on the rich tones, textures and colours of the season providing uplighters and moving lights to create soft and peaceful ambient lighting. Leaf-shaped gobos created dazzling, dynamic patterns—a perfect break from the fast paced world of finance.
