Two Magnificent
(Albeit Challenging) Venues
The historic Ciragan Palace Hotel boasts a spectacular terrace with breath-taking views across the Bosphorus. Here delegates were able to relax and socialise between sessions. The venue represented something of a logistical challenge to the team as all the AV equipment had to be lifted in by crane. On the second evening, guests were taken by boat down the strait to the Esma Sultan Mansion for a gala dinner celebration with live music.
A Special Guest
The Annual Forum brings together around 200 senior managers from all over Europe and is one of the key events in their corporate calendar. The client needed a full solution agency to manage 3 days of conferences and evening programmes.
Other special touches included a bespoke ice sculpture carved in the shape of Istanbul’s iconic Aya Sofya mosque and an appearance by key speaker, astronaut and legend, Neil Armstrong.
