The Brief
A global medical research client briefed us to deliver a Pharmaceutical Conference and Expert Forum in Central London. The conference comprised of a 12-strong expert panel and needed to seat more 400 delegates.

The Solution
The Event was held in the heart of the capital at London’s prestigious Hilton Metropole. The venue comfortably accommodated more than 400 delegates in cabaret-style seating.
First Network supplied a huge 18-metre LED wall within a 21-metre stage set. This was lit with uplighters and featured two 95” relay screens to either side, ensuring delegates didn’t miss any of the action. We also provided a state-of-the-art picture management system which included Imag ‘Picture in Picture’ – or ‘Pip’ – technology. This technique allows us to use small sections of the LED wall to display different content elements simultaneously.
The two-day conference featured a 12-person strong expert panel, each of whom was fitted with individual headset mics.
Meals were served in the Hotel’s stylish Monarch Suite and a PA system allowed Voice of God announcements to direct delegates throughout the event.
