Venue: Circulo de Bellas Artes, Madrid

First Network were asked to deliver an Investment Conference for this Global Investment Company.

The annual forum is a chance for the company to meet and address over 250 of its key Spanish and Portuguese clients in a series of informative and entertaining seminars and presentations. The Iberia Investment Day is an important date in the investment calendar and features speeches from the company’s most senior global leaders. It is a high profile conference which requires absolute attention to detail and flawless delivery.

Madrid is arguably one of the most vibrant cities in Europe, and within easy reach of all the Iberian peninsula, so it was the obvious choice when planning an Iberian conference.

The Circulo de Bellas Artes is a fabulous historic venue right in the heart of the city. Boasting 15,000 square metres of conference spaces, a spectacular Ballroom and columned Great Hall the CBA building was the perfect venue.

First Network shipped a full contingent of sets, branded collateral and technical equipment to Madrid for the event. We employed 6 widescreen projectors – 3 for use and 3 as backup – as well as full audio and visual support, lighting and furniture.

Infographics and video clips were projected onto a full width screen during the speeches. Powerpoint and videos were also pip’d within the full size images to add interest and relief.

The Circulo de Bellas Artes incorporates a fully functioning theatre and most of the building is essentially a public space. This poses particular challenges when running an event. We were careful to take into account the fact that we would be working around the general  public during set up and build, and set down.

Additional branding provided by First Network included hanging banners, coat check desk, registration desk and branded lectern.
