Following the successful implementation of our client’s Investment Forum in Istanbul the previous year, First Network were delighted to be asked back again, this time to run the same event in Berlin.

The event brings together 240 Senior Investment Clients from around the world, and is a major event in client’s annual calendar. We needed to combine striking design, efficient delivery and cutting edge  technology to really deliver a world class experience.

Our brief included complete production, design & set building, implementation, supply and support of all equipment including all aspects of lighting, audio and presentation.

The conference was held at Berlin’s prestigious Ritz Carlton Hotel and was followed by an evening Gala in the stunning Axica building – designed by architect Frank O Gehry and located a stone’s throw from the Brandenburg Gate.

First Network shipped all their own equipment to Berlin, set-up took two days and included on-site build of the striking backdrops and stage sets. The conference called for top of the range video projection with large relay displays,  top quality camera systems, and state of the art audio and lighting. Graphics programming and vision mixing for live camera and record was also provided in house by First Network – a genuine ‘one-stop shop’ for this event – which really helped to ensure the full co-ordination of the event, down to the very last detail.
