Last week was a busy one for First Network with several large events happening concurrently. The largest of these was a financial forum for over 1000 delegates, held at the historic Old Billingsgate Market. In the heart of the City on the North bank of the River Thames, Old Billingsgate encompasses three versatile spaces and a beautiful terrace with unrivaled views of Tower Bridge, City Hall, The Shard and London Bridge.
This Victorian Grade II listed building has been transformed from a world famous fish market into one of London’s premier event spaces. It now hosts some of London’s most prestigious events, from international product launches to exquisite award ceremonies.
This week was no exception. One of our global investment company clients held a town hall style financial forum for over 1000 employees in the venue’s Grand Hall.
First Network managed full AV production which included six 20k projectors projecting directly onto a custom-built stage set, sound system and a 4 camera system for relay and web cast to the client’s global offices. The event closed with cocktails and cupcakes to celebrate the company’s 30th anniversary.
The event was a huge success and we were delighted with the result.
